My car over the weekend of Jan 10th 2015, broke down, thankfully at my house, not in the middle of no where or interstate. I had my car fixed twice the last 8 months, before that no problems with my car, I bought it brand new in 2003 and had 0 miles. After the second time taking it in to a nationally known chain, and again for a 3rd time breaking down I have had enough. I called Brad's auto Monday morning. I explained to him my situation and asked if he was able to at a look at my car if I had it towed to his place. I am a single mom and need transportation. He was so nice , said of course he would, and within about 2 hours I had it there. I had never been to his place before, but I looked on here GOOGLE, and he has wonderful reviews. I needed someone who would treat me like a customer, a person, not just another way to get money. I am the first to admit I know nothing about repairing or understanding terms for most things that break down on vehicles. He never once made me feel stupid or uneducated nor spoke down to me like the national chain did. He asked me several questions about what was wrong ( my car would turn on, and the lights and radio would work) , but it was like the engine was gone. It would not turn over , no sound, no click , nothing. I knew for sure it was not the battery , i had it changed in Nov, yes not even two months ago, but they did more work and charged me over 600 bucks at the other auto body place . And now not 2 months later its dead again. I was so upset. Yes the owner is the one who helps you, listens and explains in detail but in a way that anyone can understand what is wrong. He called and said my ignition was shot. So for him to check the rest of the car to make sure it was ok, he had to get it to run. So of course I said yes please fix that. He said it would be done with in about 2-3 hours and then they would check the entire car over and let me know if they find anything else. Right on time, he called , said one other thing was wrong. I gave the go ahead. He told me they should have it done by 5, but if not, for sure in the morning. I had no problem with that, thank goodness my parents loaned me their car until mine was done. He did an excellent job. They test drive it before and after to make sure its done and correct. They warranty their work. NO one anymore does that for people. I have lived in Melbourne for over 15 years and I have now found my to go guy for everything car wise. Even his oil changes is half the price from almost anyone else in Brevard county. When i picked it up, he again explained what he done, and when i had several questions , he was very patient . He was awesome! I would recommend his services to anyone and this is the honest truth, I have never written a review before, you could probably tell I am going on and on. But I feel I need to , so that others like me who need their car, and can't afford 1200 bucks ( i spent over 2000 with the other place in less than 6 months) on their vehicle , take it to Brads auto. He is priced right and if you are like me and have no idea what is what , that you do understand before he does the work. I would have my car towed 100 miles if i had to , just so they could fix my car. IT is very rare to find someone in this business like Brad's. So please if ever you need something, give him a call and he will make sure you are taken care of and not taken for and ripped off so that in less than two months you would have to take it back again. I know he took great care of me, and told me if I had any questions or problems to call him or get it into him asap, and he would take care of it. So , thank you Brad's auto for making my car safe again. Big chains are not always better , they usually are the worst. They don't care, get in get out and take u for anything they can. Not brad's, his staff is amazing, friendly , and i will now go now other place than his. Thank u again!!!

Shortly after i moved to the area from ct I needed to replace my clutch. I drove around to many places getting quotes because I knew no one and didn't know where to go to for the best shop. Finally after searching around and getting an attitude from every other shop in Palm Bay and being told it couldn't be done for a week I found brads. Not only did he quote me out the best price he treated me like a human being, he got me in and out in a couple hours the next day, and he didn't try to get me to buy something additional that i didn't need. Since that day I have made Brads my one stop shop. I've also had my timing belt and water pump done in one day and I now get my oil changed and will be going back for all my work. Long story short their fast, reliable, nowhere near over priced and best of all honest and friendly. Thanks again Brad

First, let me begin by saying that these are some of the nicest guys I've ever met: cordial and funny. They're willing to listen and respond to your questions and do not leave you feeling as if you were rushed out the door. Plenty of shops leave you feeling like yet another customer; these guys make you feel like a friend. Second, they're also exceptionally knowledgeable about cars. I'm not talking about your standard, "I know what was taught in the manual," sort of knowledge. I am talking about knowledge of the issues that surround the various makes and models of the cars and their parts. Wondering what's causing that part to malfunction? Well, they've already come up with some possibilities. You're not going to walk out without a full diagnosis of the problem and a solution. Third, they saved me a ton of money and took care of me in the process. I got a quote on my A/C system from another very well-known chain here to fix my A/C for *$1300.00*. Not only did that make *my* jaw hit the floor, but it did the same for these guys, too. Long story short, they ran the diagnostics, found the problem, and found the solution for me, one that ultimately saves me around $800.00 bucks. They weren't interested in nickel-and-diming me; they wanted to fix the actual problem. So, they did so and showed me how to save a bunch of money in the process. Needless to say, I will be returning to this ship for all future repairs and services. They save me money, treat me like a friend, and are willing to actually *fix* the problem while doing it. I highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed.

Great service! They were very helpful and courteous on the phone and in person, and were especially honest. My car wouldn't start and we assumed it might be the fuel pump or something, but they let me know it was a simple problem that simply required resetting the security system that had put the car in lockdown. We never thought of something so simple as being the problem, but they were totally honest even though they could have claimed it was an actual problem and I would not have known. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me advice on what to do if it happens again to fix it on my own. They also took off 15% due to a coupon they had that I was unaware of, and also had offered to come pick me up at my home to get the car when I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a ride. Just awesome.

I have owned a lot of cars and used many repair shops. Brad's is the fairest and most honest shop I've had the pleasure to work with. Not only do they quickly diagnose the problem and reach out to communicate with you, they truly stand behind their work. On more than one occasion they have completed repairs free of charge because they are honest enough to admit they misdiagnosed the problem initially - try finding another shop that will do that! The mechanics always put the extra time in to get your car back to you. The shop manager Brad (no relation to the owner) is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

My vehicle was overheating, and I took it in to get checked out. The first auto repair shop that I took it to said that my radiator was leaking and my thermostat needed to be replaced. They quoted me on roughly $1,000 worth of work. The prices just didn't feel right. After investigating different places online as well as a recommendation, I took the vehicle to Brads. The vehicle was re-evaluated and found that there wasn't a leak and the radiator didn't need replacing. Brad repaired the vehicle at a price that was 10x lower than the quota offered by the first repair shop. I'll gladly recommend Brad to anyone else for their quality, friendly, and honest service.
