Brad's Auto is by far the best auto shop we have ever been to. They are one of those mechanics that you would travel long distances to go to. They are very polite, honest and are by far the most lenient in prices. I will continue to do business here for any car needs. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Brads is amazing, they treated me just like family! They where completely real and upfront with me and made sure that my truck was safe before letting me leave the shop. There is nothing I can say or do to say thank you enough, they are all truly amazing!! I highly recommend going to Brads for any of your car needs!

Brad and his staff do great work. After seeing all the positive reviews, I knew my car would be in good hands. They like to take their time and do things right the first time. I would highly recommend this establishment for any of your car needs. Thank you for your honest and excellent service.

These guys deserve every bit of the praise they get. Honest guys that don't try to sell you stuff you don't need and they take the time to explain what caused the issue you were having. I'm very satisfied and they will definitely have me as a repeat customer. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Brad's Auto is the best. I haven't taken my car anywhere else for service. They always do a top notch job and have excellent customer service. If you are looking for a honest, reliable mechanic I highly recommend Brad's Auto. They have been working on my vehicle for 5 years now and my jeep still runs great!

HONESTY, HONESTY, HONESTY! I was referred to Brad's by my brother who spoke very highly of his shop. Now the wife and I take both our cars there whenever they need some love. I won't trust our cars with anyone else. Fast and friendly service! You won't be disappointed. You too will be telling everyone about Brad's after your experience!

This is the best place to take your car. He WILL NOT let it go out until it is running awesome. He really is an honest man. We picked our van up today and I have to say they did an amazing job. Thanks for all of your hard work Brad and Glenn. Sorry I do not know the other guys names, but you know who you are. They get my business from now on....

First, let me say I am a very detailed person and was also a mechanic as well, but I do something else now for a living. I have tried the local automotive service franchise "chain" type stores with their on again and off again reliability and have had enough of the high prices as well. I expect perfection from repair services and don't appreciate their hit and miss approach to finding the cause of vehicle issues. Discovering Brads was very fortuitous. I originally started going to Brad's Auto about three or four years ago when I spotted an oil change coupon for them at my local credit union. Even though I could do the work myself, it doesn't make sense when they could do it quicker and cheaper than I could, and bonus- I don't have to get dirty! The trust I have developed with Brad and his crew over the past few years is nothing short of wonderful. I could not say that about any other automotive service I have EVER dealt with. They not only take the time to explain when and why your vehicle may need something, but also when it doesn't! (try and get that kind of honesty from a dealership or franchise chain service department!) They offer solutions to fit your budget if need be, and work efficiently and quickly. Price-wise, I have yet to meet a more fair service establishment. I now take not only all of my vehicles to them for services big and small, but both of my kids cars as well, and recommend them to anyone looking for great service from certified knowledgeable mechanics at excellent prices.

I brought in my mustang here to get a head gasket replaced and was appalled by how amatuer everything was taken care of by Brad and his staff. First of all I brought the car here to get the car done in timely manner because it was my daily driver. It ended up sitting there in the shop for 6 weeks because Brad said it wasn't a priority and he was losing business (why did I have to pay the price because Brads amatuer mechanics were in over there head?). Not only was the work NOT done in a timely manner, the work was also done terribly. When a head gasket is replaced the heads should have been sent out to be pressure tested, when asked if this was ever done Brad told not to worry and that everything was checked but when I talked to the mechanic he said only a compression test for the Pistons was done. If the heads were truly ever tested Brad would have had a receipt from a third party to confirm this because he does not have the equipment at his shop to do this. The only reason I put up with this was because I was promised the work was going to be done at no charge (about 4 weeks after I brought the car In) and was told all the work would be covered under a warranty). Only 2 months and about 5,000 miles later I went back to the shop because my car was burning excessive oil. When I told Brad and had him look at it he said it sounded like piston rings. How could that be if he said they did a compression test? After being confronted Brad through a temper tantrum and said he refused to work on the car. I called the place that covered the warranty and they said the work isn't covered by the warranty because it was free. So now I am left buying and replacing the motor in my Mustang. So if you like being lied to, and having your car not done the right way take it to Brads, but if you actually care about your car I would suggest you bring it to another local mechanic that actually cares about his reputation.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to the Melbourne/Palm Bay area for work purposes. We've been sharing a vehicle up until recently where I finally purchased one of my own, a 2012 Audi Q5. The vehicle was bought from a reputable used car dealership in Winter Park, but comes as-is, so I assumed it had at least some issues that may cost me, considering it's a European vehicle. Took it for inspection, first to the local Audi dealership where they found a small amount of issues, nothing major, thankfully. And then took it to Brad's for a second look..same outcome, no major issues. Car kept. Audi (of course) charges an arm and leg for even the most minuscule of services, in this case a 55k Maintenance, which after revising the print-out, is an Audi glorified oil change. Brad and his guys knocked out the full synthetic in maybe and hour (at max), for a fraction of the price! Less than half of Audi's quote. Car runs great, smooth, no issues. Per most of the comments here (which btw definitely influenced my decision to pay them a visit in the first place) Brad and his mechanics is an honest, down to Earth shop who will do the same work -- if not, better -- than your chains and sometimes major dealerships in more of a reasonable price range. No, actually, the best prices I've paid for work thus far! Wish we knew of them sooner before taking the gf's galant to 2 different chain shops, which one seemed to cause the issue that the other had to fix. I'm sure it would've been done properly the first time if we'd have taken it to Brad's. Oh well, you live and learn. Got to Brad's! HIGHLY recommended.
