My girlfriend and I recently moved to the Melbourne/Palm Bay area for work purposes. We've been sharing a vehicle up until recently where I finally purchased one of my own, a 2012 Audi Q5. The vehicle was bought from a reputable used car dealership in Winter Park, but comes as-is, so I assumed it had at least some issues that may cost me, considering it's a European vehicle. Took it for inspection, first to the local Audi dealership where they found a small amount of issues, nothing major, thankfully. And then took it to Brad's for a second look..same outcome, no major issues. Car kept. Audi (of course) charges an arm and leg for even the most minuscule of services, in this case a 55k Maintenance, which after revising the print-out, is an Audi glorified oil change. Brad and his guys knocked out the full synthetic in maybe and hour (at max), for a fraction of the price! Less than half of Audi's quote. Car runs great, smooth, no issues. Per most of the comments here (which btw definitely influenced my decision to pay them a visit in the first place) Brad and his mechanics is an honest, down to Earth shop who will do the same work -- if not, better -- than your chains and sometimes major dealerships in more of a reasonable price range. No, actually, the best prices I've paid for work thus far! Wish we knew of them sooner before taking the gf's galant to 2 different chain shops, which one seemed to cause the issue that the other had to fix. I'm sure it would've been done properly the first time if we'd have taken it to Brad's. Oh well, you live and learn. Got to Brad's! HIGHLY recommended.
