Palm Bay Auto Repair

We moved to Palm Bay 3 years ago and have been looking for a great mechanic. We recently had some issues with our truck and Brad's Auto went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

I don't believe I've ever felt more comfortable leaving my vehicle with another group of mechanics. Brad and his team assured me that they would confirm the real source of my car problem and fix it. That's exactly what they did! Brad also proved how much honesty meant to him when it came to closing out my transaction with him. The original cost estimate was far below the actual cost of the work. He not only honored that quoted price, he reduced it! Highly recommend this shop!

I chose this place because it is so close to Harris and had great reviews. Brad has always given me a great deal on the maintenance of cars. The service is why I recommend this place to friends.

Had an oil pressure indicator come on yesterday. Drove up to Brad's today thanks to the high ratings here and on Yelp. The folks there are professional, helpful and not at all shady. They found the problem. They fixed the problem. 5 star rating is fully-deserved and we will be taking our car to them for all of it's issues and maintenance from now on.

after dealing with the knuckleheads at firestone and them telling us nothing was wrong with our A/C and that we needed a $2500 repair. we took our vehicle to BRADS thank god we did $65 later our car is running and as a bonus we have a/c thank you for being so honest and for helping us when we really needed it most! My sister referred me to Brad's Auto. She said they were honest and did great work. My car wasn't starting so I towed it to Brad's and left it there to get it looked at. Brad called me to let me know that it was the crank position sensor, which I previously had fixed by another mechanic last year. The timing belt had been rubbing on the sensor and it was cutting the wires. It was obviously installed incorrectly. I told him that I was going to contact my old mechanic and call him back. This was on a Friday, so I wasn't able to contact Brad back until Monday, after I spoke with the mechanic. When I called Brad on Monday, I told him that I spoke with the mechanic and that he was going to take care of it and that I would have a tow truck come pick up the car that day. Brad said don't bother, we already fixed it!!! His guys had already fixed it not knowing that I hadn't authorized the repair. Brad didn't charge me a dime and he gave me the old part so that I could show the other mechanic!!!! I know that they didn't mean to fix it, but they could have undone the work if they really wanted to and not told me about it. Now that's honesty!!! It was truly a blessing because it saved me from paying a tow truck and dealing with the other mechanic that did it wrong to begin with. I offered to buy Brad and his crew lunch but he didn't want me to. I will definitely go back for any of my car issues/needs and will refer everyone that I know. My car is running great!!! I went in to Brad's auto to repair a flat tyre. These guys provided EXCELLENT and quick service. I found everyone to be polite, respectful and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be going back there for any car trouble that I have!

I have one word...AMAZING! Brad looked at my car FREE OF CHARGE! Unfortunately, the car is not driveable, but he was very honest and told me not to put any money into the car and NOT to drive the car anymore. The engine was shot, but it also had a gas leak that could not be repaired. He could have easily tried to screw me over, but didn't. A few days later, I brought in my other car because the driver door wouldn't close. He fixed it fast and charged me almost $200 LESS than what other repair shops quoted me. Then, my seat wouldn't move forward (the auto seat button was already broken), and one of the guys fixed it, so that I could drive it. If you need an honest, reliable auto repair shop, go to Brad's!

I have had the same Garage for 17 years but just went to Brads as it is closer. I will be there from now on. I advise you to do the same-- honest ,polite ,respectful. Smart. His Mom and Dad should be proud.

AMAZING!!! They are the BEST!! I do not even have to shop around for the best price because I know that they will give me the best price with excellent service. They are very honest and I love that about them.
