I've never heard of Brad's until one day I seen a coupon for a oil change in one of the papers. Oil changes have drastially gone up within this last couple of years, and it's almost impossible to find a inexpensive one these days. I went to Brad's for the first time and I have to say it was probably the BEST customer service I've ever had. They did my oil change very quickly, and they were all so nice. So I referred my father there because he also needed an oil change. He was also very happy with his exerience. Well last week I needed an alignment and called Brad's to see if they do alignments because I thought they only did oil changes. Before calling Brad's I made some phone calls and everyone in town wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I remembered that Brad's does tires so I called to see if they also do alignments and they told me they did. When they told me the price I couldn't believe it. It was an awesome deal. So I brought it in. Well, they told me it would be a little more because the struts that were put on the week before completely took the car out of alignment and they would have to work extra hard and spend more time on it because of that. So I told them ok because regardless I needed an alignment. I was really upset though because I should've just brought the car straight to them, but just recently I found out that they do EVERYTHING. So anyway, Brad called me after the weekend was over and I went to pick up my car. When I got there he told me that he was thinking about my car, and told me that because someone else screwed up on my car before I brought it to them (even though they had to fix everything that was done wrong)...he wasn't going to charge me extra. Yes, he gave me the price of a regular aligment even though they actually even FIXED the other guy's mistake. Unbelievable. So nice of them. So my father came with me because he had to pick up his car because we dropped it off for an oil change earlier (his second time going there now-he likes them too).. Brad saw that my father was looking for some money, and didn't have it. My mother is in her final stages of dementia and he takes care of her and doesn't work because of that, and because he's also sick himself...so he pulled out a credit card. I didn't want him to pay them with a credit card because they charge them so I offered to pay for his oil change. Brad looked at him and told him not to worry about it. I really could not believe it. I've never ever in my life experienced anything like this, and neither has my father. God blesses people like this, and for them to see that my father couldn't afford it and do that just blows my mind. I think this is why they're doing so well. They treat their customers like royalty. They're honest, very very friendly (I feel like I'm visiting my friends when I go there), caring and professional. There's only one thing I regret....and that's not finding them sooner. I wasted so much money on so many different mechanics in this town over the years when all this time there was Brad's. Too bad there's only 5 stars. I'd give them a 10. God bless you guys and remember what goes around comes around. I will be telling everyone about your place.
