When i needed help this place stepped up. i broke the front passenger side a frame because i didn't know i needed ball joints, these men jumped on my truck and did a wonderful job i was back on the road in just a few hours!!! This is my shop from now on

After calling around for about a month and getting quoted $300-700 for brake replacement (bringing my own pads/rotors) some shops didn't even want to work on a Mercedes Benz. I finally found Brad's auto repair who gave me a quote of $90 and provided the upmost quality of customer service. Not only did they replace my brakes in a timely manner, my caliper had an issue which caused the brake fluid to leak and these guys took care of the problem with no extra charge! And if that's not enough, Auto Zone gave me the wrong brake pads and one of the guys was kind enough to give me a ride to the nearest Auto Zone to exchange them. The group of guys are genuinely good people who know what they're doing and won't try and nickel and dime you for their services. I will be bringing my 2012 Mercedes Benz to Brad's shop for any repairs and car services in the future. They've won me over as a loyal customer with their exceptional service. Brad's auto did really good work on my car. I haven't been in Brevard too long and the two or three times I went to other places I won't mention their name I would have to take my car back until the problem was solved. With Brad's Auto it was one and done. I was having a horrible day when I took my car to Brad. My wife is pregnant and was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. She couldn't leave the home. Brad offered to take me home and even allowed me to leave the car in his shop till I was able to pick it up. With that alone he has a new customer for life. He's professional and has a great sense of humor. I'm so satisfied I'm going to put his logo on my website and hope he gets more and more customers.

These guys are awesome, traveled all the way to Melbourne to purchase a car and scheduled a pre purchase inspection to have done at the shop, AND IT WAS FREE. I couldn't believe it! (Make sure you tip though) They're so helpful and knowledgable and you can tell they really care about helping their customers out. Go to Brad's, you won't be disappointed.

I brought my 2011 Honda Civic to them to repair an air conditioning problem that the dealer service couldn't fix since I bought the car new. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a defective expansion valve and repaired it in just one day. This is the first time the A/C cooled the car since new, and the price was reasonable. They got my business forever. I would recommend them to anyone.
