If you are looking for a "good" (competent, fair, honest) mechanic shop, then you gotta go to Brad's! I found Brad's through a coupon for an oil change. I took my husbands car in for the service & was pleased when they told me to bring my kia when it was ready & they'd give me the same price. Fast forward several months & I took my kia back & also asked for several estimates on work I needed done or thought I needed done. Was I surprised when they advised me that I DIDN'T need the service yet. Even better, they called Kia for me and verified that the one service I did need was still covered under my warranty. All I got that day was the oil change and a mechanic for as long as we live in Palm Bay. A special note: If you are female and responsible for your homes vehicles, then you definitely need to go to Brad's. They are professional, friendly and courteous. They looked me in the eye and actually listened to what I had to say! They asked pertinent questions and answered mine. They did not patronize me or blow me off. Even in 2013 that is unique! I will gladly tell any and everyone to go to Brad's!

Recently I went to Brad's Auto after I had been to multiple shops in the Palm Bay area I was so impressed with the extensive knowledge of the tech and the very courteous and caring manager that from now on anybody I talk to or if anyone asks me I will recommend this shop. It was a pleasant experience that I wasn't expecting. They did a fantastic job repairing my car and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They have earned a life time repeat customer.

If you are looking for a GREAT mechanic that you can trust this is the right place for you, I take all our vehicles to this shop, Brads very friendly, kind, honest and professional so are his mechanic. Recently my son car just broke down on I-95 and need it to be towed , I call Brad first see if I can just take my car directly to his shop to find out what is wrong with it, He said yes, and Brad find out what is wrong with it right away, and gonna need a new engine etc, While I was looking around to get a junk yard to junk my car Brad kept the car for several days in his shop without charging us anything and didn't even charge us to take a look at it , his AWESOME.... I love this shop, Highly RECOMMENDED....

Best experience I've ever had at a repair shop. With being a woman and going to repair shops I always worry that there going to take advantage of me. I went to Brad's Auto with an issue with my car that I had at another repair shop. Firestone gave me an estimate of close to $1500.00 to repair my a/c. They said I needed a compressor and a condenser. I went to Brad's for a second opinion and they checked it and come to find out all I needed was some O-rings at total of $115.00. This was two months ago and my a/c is still blowing ice cold. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. From here on out they will be working on my car. I trust the completely. Very fair and honest witch is hard to find these days.

Best place to go. I know nothing about cars and I hate having to deal with anything about cars. Brads takes care of everything that needs to be done and doesn't tell me that things need to be done when its not necessary. They have always fixed my car in the same day and are great with the prices. I will never bring my car anywhere else but here!
