Palm Bay Auto Repair

My sister referred me to Brad's Auto. She said they were honest and did great work. My car wasn't starting so I towed it to Brad's and left it there to get it looked at. Brad called me to let me know that it was the crank position sensor, which I previously had fixed by another mechanic last year. The timing belt had been rubbing on the sensor and it was cutting the wires. It was obviously installed incorrectly. I told him that I was going to contact my old mechanic and call him back. This was on a Friday, so I wasn't able to contact Brad back until Monday, after I spoke with the mechanic. When I called Brad on Monday, I told him that I spoke with the mechanic and that he was going to take care of it and that I would have a tow truck come pick up the car that day. Brad said don't bother, we already fixed it!!! His guys had already fixed it not knowing that I hadn't authorized the repair. Brad didn't charge me a dime and he gave me the old part so that I could show the other mechanic!!!! I know that they didn't mean to fix it, but they could have undone the work if they really wanted to and not told me about it. Now that's honesty!!! It was truly a blessing because it saved me from paying a tow truck and dealing with the other mechanic that did it wrong to begin with. I offered to buy Brad and his crew lunch but he didn't want me to. I will definitely go back for any of my car issues/needs and will refer everyone that I know. My car is running great!!! I went in to Brad's auto to repair a flat tyre. These guys provided EXCELLENT and quick service. I found everyone to be polite, respectful and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely be going back there for any car trouble that I have!

I have one word...AMAZING! Brad looked at my car FREE OF CHARGE! Unfortunately, the car is not driveable, but he was very honest and told me not to put any money into the car and NOT to drive the car anymore. The engine was shot, but it also had a gas leak that could not be repaired. He could have easily tried to screw me over, but didn't. A few days later, I brought in my other car because the driver door wouldn't close. He fixed it fast and charged me almost $200 LESS than what other repair shops quoted me. Then, my seat wouldn't move forward (the auto seat button was already broken), and one of the guys fixed it, so that I could drive it. If you need an honest, reliable auto repair shop, go to Brad's!

I have had the same Garage for 17 years but just went to Brads as it is closer. I will be there from now on. I advise you to do the same-- honest ,polite ,respectful. Smart. His Mom and Dad should be proud.

AMAZING!!! They are the BEST!! I do not even have to shop around for the best price because I know that they will give me the best price with excellent service. They are very honest and I love that about them.

I took my Jeep to them to get the brakes changed after getting quoted an exorbitant amount by the dealership . All I can say is they did a fantastic job! They were very professional and they provided excellent service. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them again in the future.

These guys know their stuff. I've been having issues with my A/C and they found the problem and worked on it until it ran top notch. They're honest, reliable and affordable. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

These guys are awesome! They Always do great quality work, they always have great attitudes, and they tell it like it is. If you don't need it they won't try to sell it to you, so you never have to worry about feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Won't take my car anywhere else now!

Very, very honest and reliable. Great service and mechanics. I had trouble with the rack and pinion, other shops wanted to replace the entire thing, but they didn't have to, it was a part that was separate. Other shops wouldn't have told me that. That speaks to how honest they are. Brad and his shop saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair others would have charged me unnecessary parts cost for. I highly recommend them.
