I cannot say enough about Brad and his staff. Very professional and experts in their field. We moved into the area recently and brought all 3 of our vehicles to Brad's for service and repair...2013 Mercedes, 2010 VW CC and our daughter's 2009 VW Jetta. Brad and his staff treated us as if we were regulars and long-time friends (at least that's how he made us feel). We will certainly return for any of our automotive needs and highly recommend Brad's to anyone seeking reasonably priced, quality auto repair or service.

Excellent service! We bring all of our cars here. They have always been fast, fair, and accurate. Many of my coworkers go there and they seem to know them by name as well. Everyone who I know who goes there recommends then as the best. They give a Harris enployee discount and be sure to check in on yelp as that gets a discount as well.

Great place, nice people, very reasonable prices. Brad and his crew are super informative (for those of you who don't know much about cars). They are always quick to fit me in and are friendly every time I see them! I brought my car in for suspension issues and Brad ordered the part I needed right away and my car was finished within 2 hours. I will definitely be back! Strongly recommend.

If you are looking for a "good" (competent, fair, honest) mechanic shop, then you gotta go to Brad's! I found Brad's through a coupon for an oil change. I took my husbands car in for the service & was pleased when they told me to bring my kia when it was ready & they'd give me the same price. Fast forward several months & I took my kia back & also asked for several estimates on work I needed done or thought I needed done. Was I surprised when they advised me that I DIDN'T need the service yet. Even better, they called Kia for me and verified that the one service I did need was still covered under my warranty. All I got that day was the oil change and a mechanic for as long as we live in Palm Bay. A special note: If you are female and responsible for your homes vehicles, then you definitely need to go to Brad's. They are professional, friendly and courteous. They looked me in the eye and actually listened to what I had to say! They asked pertinent questions and answered mine. They did not patronize me or blow me off. Even in 2013 that is unique! I will gladly tell any and everyone to go to Brad's!

Recently I went to Brad's Auto after I had been to multiple shops in the Palm Bay area I was so impressed with the extensive knowledge of the tech and the very courteous and caring manager that from now on anybody I talk to or if anyone asks me I will recommend this shop. It was a pleasant experience that I wasn't expecting. They did a fantastic job repairing my car and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They have earned a life time repeat customer.

If you are looking for a GREAT mechanic that you can trust this is the right place for you, I take all our vehicles to this shop, Brads very friendly, kind, honest and professional so are his mechanic. Recently my son car just broke down on I-95 and need it to be towed , I call Brad first see if I can just take my car directly to his shop to find out what is wrong with it, He said yes, and Brad find out what is wrong with it right away, and gonna need a new engine etc, While I was looking around to get a junk yard to junk my car Brad kept the car for several days in his shop without charging us anything and didn't even charge us to take a look at it , his AWESOME.... I love this shop, Highly RECOMMENDED....
