I showed up for an appointment only to be told that I would have to wait an unspecified amount of time. The tech I spoke to didn’t even know how to use the computer to look up the details of my appointment. I waited for almost an hour before I finally gave up and decided to leave. When I tried to get the attention of the employees to let them know I was leaving they ignored me.

My check engine light came on and my car stopped running at a light. I got started but my lights on dashboard were not lite. I went to Brads Auto Service and they were very busy but said they would check it for me. Found out it was crankshaft sensor and they said they would be able to help me. Brad went over everything with me and what the problem was. Brad told me the cost of everything and he could have fixed in a couple of hours. I would recommend Brads Auto Service to anyone that wants honest and great service.

Very friendly, Honest and fast. They even offer a 15% military discount and that was a nice bonus. Cheaper then others in the area on the ac repair by a few hundred. Clean waiting area and restrooms.

Had engine replacement service, I enjoyed conversion with Jerry. He was knowledgeable about the engine being swap out. He was fair and honest and I appreciated that. He communicated with me from start to finish. Also as a veteran there is a discount on auto service. I am a satisfied customer. I read a wonderful review about Brad's, and "the guy behind the counter" online and decided to give them a try when the time came for an oil change. Unfortunately, my car needed more than just an oil change, but the guys at Brad's explained everything to me, in detail, and went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. So very thankful!

I recently moved to West Melbourne and needed to get established with a garage that would provide routine maintenance. I wanted a hometown garage where I would be treated like family instead of being "just another service" at a dealership. I had an issue with the left rear door lock on my 2016 Chevy Trax and Jerry spent 20 minutes on the phone answering my questions to ease my anxiety over finding a new garage. I made an appointment that same day and at the garage, he took the time to explain how he arrives at his pricing and the sources for parts. His tech Ben diagnosed the problem and they had a new actuator by the next day. Ben disassembled and reassembled the door without leaving any sign that parts had been replaced. I could not be happier! All the catch phrases on his website seem to be true: repairs done right the first time, work hard to earn your trust, service you can rely on. I feel relieved to have found Brad's Auto Service to maintain my car in proper running condition! Thank you Jerry and Ben!
