My vehicle started overheating and I needed to get it to a shop ASAP. After I called for a tow I contacted Brad's and Angie kindly guided me though a task to do a preliminary check on the overheating situation that helped bring the guage down. Even though it was a Friday, all the repairs were able to be done before the end of the day getting me back on the road the same day instead of going the whole weekend without a vehicle. I'll be using Brad's in the future for all maintenance for my vehicle. Their customer service is impressive.
