I had friends who said Brad's was the best auto shop around. I checked the reviews and they were exceptional. I brought my 2009 Accord in for a serpentine belt replacement and AC recharge. They did a wonderful job and could have charged more for the pulley and idler but said I didn't need new ones! Everyone there was polite, respectful, and very helpful. It was the first time that I can honestly say that I had a pleasant experience at an auto shop. I will be back and I will tell my friends how great Brad's Auto is.

Happy to have talked with the owner of this shop about a problem with a 2018 Chevy Colorado I purchased from a dealer boniface hier Mazda who didn’t want to take care of it since brads auto did a torque converter right before I bought it I thought after two weeks of not getting the truth from Mazda I would happily pay for a transmission diagnostic check brads did it find a problem and referred me to someone who can help me out with my problem and didn’t charge me for diagnosing problem I’m so happy after all I’ve been through brads I’m going to come to you for my service needs great customer service thank you once again 👍
