Well yesterday as I got off work my Dodge Caliber would not start, I called Brad and told him my issue and that I had a tow truck coming. Brad told me no problem I will be waiting. So first thing this morning he and his crew were able to find my issue, faulty fuel pump. Told me no worries it will be done this afternoon. He is so fair and considerate in his pricing for work done and treats his customers like family. Basicly the bulk of my bill is the cost of the part. No mark up, no excuses, no huge labor cost, a fair upstanding man and business. Thank you Brad!

Once again, Brad's Auto exceeds expectations and saves the day! Not only were they able to get my wife's car in to replace the AC compressor ASAP, they had it turned around quickly and really helped me out of a jam. The customer service and quality of work you can expect here is second to none. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I am so very pleased with the service I receive each time I bring my car to Brad's Auto. Recently I brought my car in for an oil change and I asked Brad to check my car as it didn't seem to be running as smooth as it had been. He hooked it up to his diagnostic machine and ran it through his system when it was cold, when it had been recently driven and so on. I even left it overnight and he checked it the next day. Nothing showed up, even though we both could feel the slight hesitation. Brad could have tried to replace some parts, but he didn't do that. He didn't even charge me for the 2 days he had my car on his machine or for my oil change. His honesty and integrity are so refreshing in this business. He and his crew are the best and I will definitely recommend them to whoever needs a good auto repair service. Thank you Brad!!

I live in Georgia, was in the process of purchasing a vehicle in Palm Bay, Florida and needed someone local to inspect the vehicle. I found Brad's Service and Tires through a search on Google and was impressed with the number of outstanding reviews Brad received. The vehicle was delivered to Brad's shop and he called a few hours later with the inspection results. I thanked him for his time and asked him how much I owed him. Brad replied, "Oh, we don't charge for that service." I was speechless. I insisted he accept something but he declined. Very unexpected. I shared this with the salesman from the dealership and he replied he wasn't surprised, that he has heard similar stories about Brad over the years.

These guys are wonderful! Just had a Jeep into Brad's shop as a fist time customer for a fuel pump issue. After getting it home, I discovered a small problem with the replacement part and Brad immediately bent over backwards to correct the situation. These guys move fast to make things right and are one of the rare honest car repair shops around. Fabulous shop, good quality work - we'll be going back!
