I went to a few shops but did not get a good feeling until I walked into Brad's. I was welcomed in a professional way. I was qualified as to why I was bringing in my car. Jerry the adminiatrator a soft spoken gentelman was very busy, but he took the time to listen carefully and ask good questions. He then began to inform me of their process in detail, which I appreciated, not just give me the keys we'll do a diagnostic on the car and let you know later. He further asked if I was military or police and those car owns rhat are receive a 15% overall discount. Because I am a veteran he informed me he as well as his machanics were military as well. So I felt I was in good hands. I had previously got a wheel alignment for my car at Brad's. After a few months I noticed that the car was pulling to the right at highway speeds. I brought the car to Brad's without making an appointment and they were able to correct the alignment that day for no charge. My experience with Brad's is that they are honest and courteous. I won't hesitate to take my car there again for service.

Very honest in their work. Won't pull one over on you and I like that. Will tell you what's really wrong with your vehicle no matter how small the problem is.
