Took my car into the dealer last week for an oil change and the dealer recommended over $500 of work for 60,000 mile maintenance. Figured I could get a lower estimate at independent garage so I searched online and found that people were very satisfied with Brad's Auto Service. They tested and inspected my car according to the manufacturer's 60,000 maintenance schedule. I was shocked when they told me that zero work was needed to be done and that my car was in excellent. Jerry explained everything very clearly. Very satisfied!

The new owner is Jerry. He was honest and open and I felt that his pricing was fair. He and the machanic explained issues with my vehicle in down to earth terms that I could understand. There was also no high pressure to get further service as many shops will do. I'd go back again. And my brother stopped in to see if his vehicle needed a particular service. he was told "No, it's not necessary." How often does that happen?

Jerry helped diagnose my car problem within 10 minutes and was able to fix it within a reasonable amount of time! Super nice guy!

Although Brad's auto days of operation are Monday - Friday they do appointments on the weekend, you just have to ask. This is a big deal for me as my weekdays are extremely busy.
