Hands down the most honest mechanics I've ever met. I brought in my car to have the rear brake pads replaced because the dealership told me they needed to be replaced immediately. 10 minutes of having my car Brad gave me back my keys and said there's no need to replace them. He knew I was under the impression that I needed them to be replaced and he didn't take advantage of me, which he could've. Easily. Asked him how much I owed for him looking at it and he laughed and said nothing. Highly recommended him and his crew.

Now that I have found Brad and his team, I couldn't imagine bringing my car anywhere else locally. I highly recommend them! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and best prices around. Go see for yourself, they are awesome!

Honest and trustworthy mechanics! They keep my old vehicle running reliably, and I wouldn't think of having anyone else but them work on any of my vehicles. They have good troubleshooting skills, and always help to find the most affordable route to solve a problem. They are motivated and hardworking guys!

First let me state; I had the pleasure of having Brad and his fine team work on my 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT and I do mean it was a PLEASURE! My "ABS and Engine" lights came on, I had a neighbor offer to do my brakes thinking I needed pads. I came to find out that this was not the issue. So in looking for some place local to have my Caliber looked at, I came across Brad and his reviews. This brought me into his establishment. The REVIEWS DO NOT LIE! I had a right rear brake sensor issue...needless to say we all know what a dealership or another mechanic would charge! I dropped off my car on Monday had it back on Tuesday! I still have my "shirt" I did not have to give up my "first born." ANYONE needing work done male or female GO TO BRAD!!!! As a woman, we all know what these places will do to us, Brad will not take advantage of you! I will NEVER bring my car any place else again! Thank you Brad!

Very pleased with the services of this place. Honesty is the key here. They are willing to help and be honest as much as they can. And they will give you a really fair price. Brought my car in for a repair and an oil change. Brad quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair for a reasonable rate and in a timely manner. Extremely professional with excellent customer service. Will return .

Very Bad Experience.....Over 3 weeks to replace a serpentine belt (re-work) and a missing bumper molding from leaving the car in his yard...The Response when confronted was, not my fault!..And this, after he admitted they configured the belt and pulley incorrectly the first time.....Brad who earned the great reputation for his business was killed a few years ago. Since then the people running this repair facility, including a person who calls himself Brad, are mediocre to bad mechanics and poor business people. Personally, I had been using Brads for many years until recently -- the reason is due to the current people not being able to fix my car as agreed, coupled with rework and ultimately me having to go somewhere else to get what needed to be done, fixed. Without getting into all the details of what was wrong on several different occasions and their inability to fix or stand by their work, I'll just say buyer beware at this time. I"m sure you will see more and more negative reviews for the current "Brads Auto."

Great guys with quality work

I made an appointment for some relatively minor work on my vehicle. 2 weeks later on the appointment day, I was told I had to reschedule since the technician was out sick. They cancelled the second appointment (another 2,5 weeks) since the tech was not coming back and apparently no one else in the garage is able to fix vehicles. So wasted more than a month with this garage.

They entire staff is always friendly and honest. They keep my old Kia running strong
