Took my car into the dealer last week for an oil change and the dealer recommended over $500 of work for 60,000 mile maintenance. Figured I could get a lower estimate at independent garage so I searched online and found that people were very satisfied with Brad's Auto Service. They tested and inspected my car according to the manufacturer's 60,000 maintenance schedule. I was shocked when they told me that zero work was needed to be done and that my car was in excellent. Jerry explained everything very clearly. Very satisfied!

I went to a few shops but did not get a good feeling until I walked into Brad's. I was welcomed in a professional way. I was qualified as to why I was bringing in my car. Jerry the administrator a soft spoken gentlemen was very busy, but he took the time to listen carefully and ask good questions. He then began to inform me of their process in detail, which I appreciated, not just give me the keys we'll do a diagnostic on the car and let you know later. He further asked if I was military or police and those car owns that are receive a 15% overall discount. Because I am a veteran he informed me he as well as his mechanics were military as well. So I felt I was in good hands.
