I dont ever post a review, but thiz place really impress me. Jerry was very polite. They didnt try to stick withba huge bill to get my car fixed. They even got the price lower then what they orginal quoted me. If u need a great car repair company i highly recommend them.
I'm moved here from New Jersey a few years back. I did a lot of my own mecanical work on my car and not wanting to do it anymore ( retired ) I went to Brads Auto. I didn't let him know what I know and he was so polite,honest,fast and best of all not expensive I've been going there ever since.
I brought my vehicle in without an appointment to see if they had time for a brake inspection. Instead of turning me away, they made the time not only to do the inspection but also to replace my rear bakes. It was getting close to closing time but they still did it. I will definitely be back :)
If you think this is the day and age of dishonesty in the auto repair industry then you need to go to Brad's. I chose to go to Brad's with an issue after seeing hundreds of favorable reviews with 5 star ratings and my review is favorable with a 5 star rating as well. These guys are are truly honest and perform the best work at the fairest price. This is where I take my vehicles from now on for everything.
I recommend Brad's to anyone in need of honest car repair service. Jerry is great. He really takes his time to discuss the repair issues and communicates expected course of action up front. The technicians actually fix the problem, even going above & beyond.
