Took vehicle here for change in my fluids and they did a great job.

New to the area, found Brad's on google. My AC wasn't working properly. They got me in right away and had it fixed in a day! They thoroughly explained what was wrong and even showed me the failed parts. Based on this experience, I trust them and would highly recommend them! Price, timeliness, friendliness, communication, trustworthy...all around great experience! Jerry was my main point of contact - his Master Tech was amazing too but I didn't get his name.

The owner was a great guy... but after I got my car back it started to make a horrible noise & they didn't fix the actual problem. The a/c system was still getting warm even after I told the mechanic that it wasn't normal for it to be like that. He insisted it was normal for the a/c to be warm while idling. Good thing I took my car to a mechanic back home & they fixed the problem right away.

I was in from out of town didn't know where to go my Air Conditioner wasn't working right. By accident I found Brad's Auto Service. From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable not like some places where you feel pushed. What great people They explained everything in detail as they looked at my car, great service, reasonably priced, waiting room was comfortable I can't say enough about Brad's. Except Thank You
