Took my 2014 Honda Accord to Brads because Southeast Honda said I needed rear brakes. After the inspection Brads informed me I did not need brakes my rear pads were 4-5mm out of 8mm. Thais is the second time Southeast Honda has done this. Brads I appreciate your honesty and you just earned a customer

Jerry, the owner, will most likely be the one greeting you from the desk and answering the phones. He is very easy to talk to, is honest about the time estimate, and was spot on with his pricing. He gives you the total quote with tax beforehand so there will no surprises at pick up. He is a solid guy, a military veteran, and our vehicle was taken care of quickly and for a good price. We will only take our vehicles here.

Prices are fair and the survive is good.

It was my first experience at Brad's Auto Service and they where great. When I called this morning to see when I could get my SUV in for a tire repair, they would have been closed when I got there. I was asked to call back at lunch and if they where busy, they would wait for me, which would have been past closing! Who does this for an unknown customer for just a tire repair! Apparently, they would have for me! Will I go there again or recommend then, OH YES!
