Called Jerry Wednesday morning. Wife's car making a humming noise which went away when I applied the brake. Told to bring car in that day . Jerry called to say rotors were grooved and pads were worn on all 4 wheels. Told him to go ahead & do job. Called later that day to say car was ready. As usual excellent service & friendly manner. Thanks Jerry.
