I called to set up an appointment for a oil change and they asked if I could be there I an hour and they got me right in. They are very professional and friendly.

We have been taking our vehicles to Brad's for several years now. They are always courteous, great service & best of all they are reasonably priced.

They went beyond my expectations with the quality of their car service

Jerry, the owner, has a business to run. That business is the relationship with each customer individually. I get the sense of an old fashioned, small town, everybody knows one another well, family oriented garage where someone’s life is cared about just as much as providing quality service. Not only did I gain a reliable service provider but I gained a group of friends.

Pricing of work was more than. Communication was excellent calling as promised. Turn around for repairs was quick an even offered courtesy ride. Brad's Auto will have all my business

I’ve been going to Brads for a long time, being a woman we get taken advantage of. Jerry is fair and reliable.

After years of having little to no trust in mechanics, Brad's Automotive solidified why I feel that way. I paid for a comprehensive diagnostic check on my vehicle and decided to move forward with the work that was proposed. After that work was completed and paid for in full, it was determined there were other issues that, of course, would be fixed at an additional cost. It's funny how that happens, isn't it? The person at the front desk (Jerry) is unhelpful and has zero customer service skills, nor does he know anything about vehicle mechanics. The automotive diagnostic technician, at least, took the time to explain the situation in layman's terms. I would not recommend this business.

I Paid 2100 to get my car fixed there was a timing chain issue Got my car back and within a week it started messing up took it back and now they tell me I need a brand new engine why have me pay all that money when you could have told me right off hand hey you need a brand new engine that’s money I could have put towards a brand new engine I thought these guys was good at least that’s what the reviews say but they took advantage of me I’m just a young man trying to make it In this world and now that’s 2100 gone down the drain because it’s something they miss I will never bring my car back up here again
