After years of having little to no trust in mechanics, Brad's Automotive solidified why I feel that way. I paid for a comprehensive diagnostic check on my vehicle and decided to move forward with the work that was proposed. After that work was completed and paid for in full, it was determined there were other issues that, of course, would be fixed at an additional cost. It's funny how that happens, isn't it? The person at the front desk (Jerry) is unhelpful and has zero customer service skills, nor does he know anything about vehicle mechanics. The automotive diagnostic technician, at least, took the time to explain the situation in layman's terms. I would not recommend this business.
