My car recently had a gas leak and Brad’s Auto Service was able to take it in and fix it over the span of 2-3 days (due to being busy, but that was fine, and I needed a whole new part). There were two people I spoke to on the phone during the time my car had to be fixed - both were very nice, answered any questions I had, and were very helpful. I was grateful for the 10% student discount too, anything helps. My car has been doing great, I have a two year warranty on my new fuel tank, and there’s been no problems. I definitely recommend this place and will probably go here again if I need to!

After taking my 2008 Scion to a few auto repair shops in Palm Bay and received conflicting diagnosis, Brads Auto service gave me an honest diagnosis! Their online repair and vehicle status feature is awesome! I received a list of recommended repairs needed with pictures of MY VEHICLES parts, the online System is detailed and straight forward. This shop has gone downhill since Brad is no longer around. Stay far away. They will lie straight to your face. Your vehicle will honestly be in worse shape after they "work" on it.

I'm pretty embarrassed for this business that they chose to deceive me to make about $10 in profit. You should have just said you did not have the equipment and sent me to the U-Haul down the block as opposed to switching trucks on me. To add insult to injury you charged me for the larger truck. Very dishonest business with workers who take no pride in themselves
