My vehicle was taken in promptly at my appointment time and finished promptly. They also notified me of a potential problem with my battery. I was very happy with the service provided.

Had a service light come on my Toyota I didn't know what it was and Brad's Auto found out it just need an oil change that's what the light was for and at the oil changed got me in right away Great customer service awesome techs definitely going to use it again

My vehicle started overheating and I needed to get it to a shop ASAP. After I called for a tow I contacted Brad's and Angie kindly guided me though a task to do a preliminary check on the overheating situation that helped bring the guage down. Even though it was a Friday, all the repairs were able to be done before the end of the day getting me back on the road the same day instead of going the whole weekend without a vehicle. I'll be using Brad's in the future for all maintenance for my vehicle. Their customer service is impressive.

They went out of their way to make sure our truck was taken care of. The staff is so friendly, outgoing, welcoming and family feel that I know I will continue to come here for all my car needs. They always stayed informed with me and answered any questions I had. They even came to the rescue when the car was stranded in a moments notice. Awesome Job team!!!!!

As a consumer spending hundreds of dollars at a very inconvenient time, being informed about the status of work being done to your vehicle helps to take some of the stress off. Being informed and updated makes you feel like the company you're giving all this money to cares about their customer just like if they had their vehicle somewhere being worked on, they would really appreciate being informed. I found these wonderful guys through a friend. Let me tell you, Angie is about the sweetest Darling you will ever meet. Jerry is not only a great business man but makes every customer feel like a family member. He us so very generous with hos workers. I meet them all Wednesday a day before Thanksgiving. I have not had so much fun in a long time. Angie became my friend. Jerry oh heck absolutely too. All of them are amazing hard working folk. My 2007 Pt Cruiser needed A/C fixed the Fan amongst other stuff. All was done amazingly. I loved hanging out in the waiting room. I will positively never go anywhere else, unless Jerry recommends the place. It is hard not to instantly love these guys. Thank you team Brad for all the fun I had.
